GENERAL SIZING INFORMATION
Please see our general guidelines below to help determine your size. If you are between sizes on the charts below, order a size larger or smaller based on the type of fit you prefer. Please allow up to 2-4CM difference as each garment and hand measured.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, our estimated shipping times may be impacted. Please allow some extra time for delivery.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 days.
We currently have warehouses and shipping facilities in Australia, Canada, United States & Hong Kong and Guangdong, China. We try our best to ship from the warehouse closest to you or based on stock availability.
Tracking numbers are usually available 3-5 business days after you place your order. In most cases, the tracking numbers are active instantly. However, in some cases, tracking might take an additional 2-4 working days to show the correct location of your package.

SHIPPING FOR AUSTRALIA, UK & USA
For our UK, US, AUS, CAD clients we offer an estimated delivery time of 12-25 working days. Although we generally beat these estimates, certain things like delays at customs, air line transfer, or processing time can effect delivery time.
REST OF THE WORLD
For all other countries delivery times can be estimated at 20-40 days. We generally beat these estimates although circumstances such as delays at customs or processing times can cause longer than expected shipping times which is why we factor in slightly longer periods for "Rest of the World" clients.
Please note that orders may be delayed for the following reasons:
- Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.
- Order is pending a credit approval and verification.
- A product is currently out of stock.
- An order which requires customization.
- An order is shipped to remote country.
I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS? We ship from different parts of the world using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES? We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you andmayget custom fees when they arrive to your country ( This is very rare but can happen).
WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________? If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are quite an international company, shipping world wide, having employees in the US, Europe & Asia, and sourcing our products from the US, EU, UK, and Asia. Our Headquarters are located in Toronto, Canada and Kowloon, Hong Kong.
Some of our products are in Asia sizing, therefore on occasion, the label on the garment may state a bigger size than you ordered. Please do not be alarmed by that! We do not offer refunds due to sizing on the tag being different than the size you ordered.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you've received your item(s) as according to the tracking information; unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing unless it is a mistake on our end. You are responsible for selecting the correct size. Size charts are available for each product with the exception of one size fits all items. In the event you do receive the incorrect size you are required to send us a photo of the label and we will match it with your order. Please contact us if you ever need help with sizing. We do not issue refunds if you order the incorrect size.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please email us at email@example.com for an authorization number. Return(s) without the this number will be voided.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Some banks/credit card companies require up to 10 days to process refunds but majority of the time you should receive your funds in a shorter time period.
Please contact your payment provider to verify the refund if we have already sent you a refund notice but you are yet to receive the funds.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Shipping Information (For Return Products)
To return your product, you must email us at email@example.com to arrange for shipping. Depending on your location we offer a return warehouse in China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Canada. Although, it is up to our discretion to choose which return warehouse your item is mailed to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellations (if applicable)
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of your purchase. We ship our items within 2-3 business days. Once your package is in transit, we are no longer able to cancel the package. However, you may apply for a return via our Returns Process. Errors made by customer or Cancellations are subject to a restocking and handling fee of 10%.
